I am not a Paypal customer, can I place an order without joining Paypal?
Yes, when you go
to check-out you will be offered the opportunity to log-in to Paypal and
use a Paypal account OR you can use a major credit card without a
Paypal ID.
Is it safe to order online from HeroesHat.com?
Yes, our orders
are processed on servers using the highest standards of quality and
security. We have partnered with Paypal to provide industry leading
security and fraud protection. This means the order page is secure and
your order will be transmitted safely.
Are there any other ways to order?
No. We are
exploring the possibility of taking orders over the phone or by fax.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do
not ship our hats to international addresses. We do ,however, offer shipping
to APO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
We have
a flat rate shipping policy. We charge $6.49 for USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders greater than one hat.
How long will it take to receive my order?
That depends on
your region. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail and we guarantee
delivery in 7-10 days. However, many of our customers report receiving
their order within 3 days.
Do you offer expedited shipping on your hats?
Unfortunately,
USPS Priority Mail is our only form of shipment.
Can I get custom embroidery placed on my hat?
Because of the
setup times involved in doing custom embroidery we can only consider
custom orders of 50 hats or more. If you need custom work on 50 or more
hats please contact
kyle@heroeshat.com.
Is there any other embroidery on the hats besides the American flag on
the front?
No. Unlike some
of the other American flag hats out there, we do not put any logos or
trademarks anywhere on our hats.
